Reasons To Optimize

Why do I want to SEO my website?

Search engine optimization offers the greatest return on investment of any of the Internet marketing methods

More search engine traffic results in more sales revenue

Your competitors are using SEO

The cost justifies the increase in traffic and sales

SEO is too expensive!

If you think SEO is expensive, consider these questions:

How many hours do you think it will take to optimize your website? Most likely you are severely underestimating the time it will take for a complete and comprehensive optimization and link-building campaign.

How much money do you anticipate your website will make once it is in the top of the search engine listings? Probably thousands of dollars. How much are you willing to spend in order to make thousands of additional dollars?

Since your competitors are already using SEO, how much are you willing to spend in order to compete with them? If you think that SEO is expensive, consider the cost of neglecting to optimize your website.

This is something I can learn myself, so why don't I just do it? You can! If you have hundreds or thousands of free hours to spend in education and trial-and-error testing on your website, then by all means go for it. But if you don't have the time to spend, why not hire someone who has already spent thousands of hours in education and practical experience so that you don't have to?

My web designer says he can do this for me, so why don't I leave this to him? If you have a web designer or webmaster with lots of practical experience and success in optimization, then by all means, use this person. But if you have someone who is just learning and you are going this route to save a few bucks, then just consider that you get what you pay for. By spending more money with an experienced SEO firm, you will generally get a much higher return on investment. It depends on if you want your results to be a Jaguar or a Hyundai. By paying more, you also get more performance.

So, why don't you post your prices? I would like to comparison shop? We give customized quotes for each website. There is a huge difference in the price of optimizing a 5-page website compared to a 200-page website. The time it takes to do keyword research, write optimized copy and do link-building and many other factors makes it impossible to post a cookie cutter price sheet. We realize some sites do this but this is generally the hook to get you in the door. It is often quoted, "What the big print giveth, the small print taketh away." We don't believe in small print. Everything is right up front.
